What is a Crystal Seer Stone or 'Dragon Egg'?

A Crystal Seer Stone, sometimes called a Window Crystal or 'Dragon Egg,' is a naturally tumbled stone, often found in rivers, that has one side polished flat to create a 'window.' This window allows you to gaze into the stone's inner world, making it a powerful tool for scrying, enhancing intuition, and gaining deeper spiritual insights during meditation.

How do I choose the right crystal type for my Seer Stone?

Your choice depends on your intention. For calming energy and enhanced intuition, choose Dream Amethyst . For clarity and amplifying energy, Clear Quartz is ideal. Green Aventurine is perfect for attracting luck and opportunity, while Rose Quartz fosters love and emotional healing. For grounding and protection, select Smoky Quartz . Trust the stone you feel most drawn to.

What is the size and weight of these crystal eggs?

Each Seer Stone is unique and fits beautifully in the palm of your hand. They measure approximately 0.79 to 1.18 inches (approx. 2-3 cm) in size and weigh around 0.35 oz (approx. 10g) . This makes them perfect for carrying with you or using in your personal sacred space.

How can I use my Seer Stone in my spiritual practice?

Hold your Seer Stone during meditation and gently gaze into its polished window, allowing your mind to relax and receive intuitive messages. You can also use it as a focus point on your altar, place it on a relevant chakra point during energy work, or simply carry it with you to benefit from its unique energetic properties throughout the day.

How should I care for and cleanse my Crystal Seer Stone?

To maintain its physical beauty, gently wipe your stone with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or cleaners. For energetic cleansing, you can let it rest in the light of a full moon, smudge it with sage, or place it on a selenite charging plate. Loving care will ensure your stone remains a potent spiritual ally for years to come.

Ancient Wisdom for Modern Spiritual Practice

The tradition of using egg-shaped crystals dates back to ancient civilizations that recognized the power of sacred geometry in spiritual work. Our energy-infused crystals honor this lineage while providing a contemporary tool for your spiritual journey.

Place your crystal egg on your altar during moon rituals to amplify intention-setting, or hold it during meditation to deepen your practice. Many energy workers incorporate these stones into their chakra balancing sessions, moving the egg across the body's energy centers to detect and release blockages.

Unlike larger showpieces in our collection, these palm-sized dragon eggs are meant to be active spiritual tools in daily practice. Their portable nature makes them ideal companions for spiritual work on the go.
